The Annual DYNGUS DAY DASH (12:00noon start)
Start your Dyngus Day celebratipon with a family 3 mile Fun Run and Walk.
The race starts at 12:00noon at the main stage in Pussy Willow Park in Buffalo....winding through the streeyts of Buffalo, runners receive a cool t-shirt, finisher medal, a drink and then live music. All abilities and walkers allowed to participate. Register Now and start your day with this annual tradition with 100's of other runners.

The day begins with our 3 Mile Fun Run ay 12:00 noon. Starting and finishing at the main stage in Pussy Willow Park. A simple, flat course will wind through the streets of Buffalo. All Runners, Walkers and ALL ABILITIES encouraged to participate.

It wouldn't be Dyngus Days without all the food booths, samples and plates of great food. From many local vendors, restaurants and food trucks, there will be plenty of food to keep you full after the run. Check out The Broadway Market (12-5pm) for auhentic foods and dancing.
